Lumen Pilates offers group Reformer Pilates and Tower classes. You can perfect each exercise because we allow up to 8 people per class to give you maximum attention from instructor. Also, it gives you an opportunity to focus on your own goals, while getting all the benefits from apparatus Pilates.

Target Tone Pilates class

We are excited to introduce our Target Tone class, a dynamic Pilates experience designed to help you build and strengthen your muscles through mindful movements and the use of resistance and/or weights. This class providing a challenging workout that targets your entire body while placing emphasis on specific muscle groups. Whether you’re looking to sculpt your glutes and hamstrings, tone your abs and arms, or strengthen your back and arms, our Target Tone class has got you covered.

Our primary goals for the Target Tone Pilates Class are to effectively build muscle, sculpt your body, and empower you to feel stronger than ever before.

It is important to note that while previous experience is advised, we welcome individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds to join our Target Tone Pilates Class. However, we kindly request that clients who are pregnant refrain from participating during their 2nd and 3rd trimesters to prioritize their well-being and safety. If you are in your 1st trimester, participation is only acceptable if you have previous Pilates experience and have obtained doctor’s approval for group exercise.

Core Flow Pilates class

This workout is designed to target the core and powerhouse and strengthen the abs. It incorporates a variety of plank exercises and balanced movements to engage deep muscle groups. While the focus is on the abs, it is important to remember that this routine provides a full-body workout.

The main objectives of this workout are to engage and strengthen deep muscles, enhance core strength, and tone the abs.

Client Requirements: While previous experience is advised, we welcome individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds to join our Core Flow Pilates Class. However, we kindly request that clients who are pregnant refrain from participating during their 2nd and 3rd trimesters to prioritize their well-being and safety. Participation is acceptable during the 1st trimester only if the individual has previous Pilates experience and has obtained a doctor’s approval for group exercise.

Sweat Flow Pilates class

We are excited to introduce our SweatFlow Pilates Class, a high-intensity cardio-focused session designed to get your heart pumping and maximize your calorie burn. This class features a seamless flow of exercises, with minimal breaks and stretches, allowing you to optimize your cardiovascular endurance.

Please note that prior experience is required to participate in this class, and pregnant individuals are not permitted to join. It is essential to consult with the instructor regarding any pre-existing injuries before enrolling.

Revival Flow Pilates class

Join us for our RevivalFlow class, an invigorating experience designed to promote flexibility, mobility, and deep stretching. This class offers a slower pace that allows for thorough explanations of fundamental techniques, such as neutral spine alignment, scapula and pelvic stability and mobility, fostering a profound mind-body connection. Actively encouraging a wide range of motion, our goal is to help you feel taller, more flexible and fully renewed.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, our RevivalFlow class welcomes everyone. It is particularly recommended for beginners and new clients eager to embark on their fitness journey.
